Entrepreneurial Use of Gamification for Knowledge Sharing inside Organization; A Public Service Media from Middle East

Knowledge as an organizational resource in media businesses has become increasingly important a competitive environment. There is growing interest developing new techniques to enhance knowledge sharing between people, that conducive entrepreneurs. One of the main barriers communicating entrepreneurs lack motivation which can be improved by using gamification. The aim this research achieve better understanding gamified process improve entrepreneurship among TV employees. We conducted semi-structured interviews with 15 employees and managers IRIB organization. Qualitative analysis data was three steps: transcribing data, coding organizing categories. Most IRIB’s inspired intrinsic motivations include status, power, learning, autonomy, community. Security only most critical extrinsic Moreover, we have found four categories user types, namely achiever, socializer, discoverer, survivor. Our study identified motivators staff create sense happiness participate via sharing. Finally, offer insights about employees’ types system.
